Money Mindset Coaching
“I am a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach. I am currently focusing on Mindset Coaching and particularly Money Mindset within that. Having worked as a professional and a specialist in the Finance department of a large Insurance Company I have a lot of experience and knowledge of Finance and Business.
However, I changed direction to pursue a more fulfilling career as a coach and I love to use my unique blend of skills and knowledge to help people achieve the changes and goals they really desire. To me, that all starts with the Mindset and the internal thinking patterns and habits which create our reality.”

If I asked you what you think a hypnotherapist is, I wonder what image comes to you? Is it one of the elaborate stage hypnotist, one maybe of a suited gentleman swinging a pocket watch?
I am neither. I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist with an industry recognised qualification. I am registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society that is bound by its own code of ethics. As a hypnotherapist I can offer you a safe and welcoming environment where together we can work to make the changes in your life that you want to make. Perhaps the fear of flying is stopping you taking the holiday of a lifetime, or it could be the eating habit you just can’t break, it may be the way you deal with stresses at work. There are many scenarios in which hypnotherapy could be the therapy that improves your well-being, present and future. Each session is completely bespoke to you, making you completely individual, the time in the session is all about you and your responses to the work we do together. I specialise in fears and phobias although I commonly treat anxiety, stress, habits, weight loss, smoking cessation, and pain management.
The feeling of total relaxation is different for everyone but nonetheless it really is total relaxation. This allows the mind to also relax and calmly take on new information that you require to make the changes you want to make.
I love my work as a hypnotherapist, the changes that have been made in just a handful of sessions have changed client’s lives. Just by reading this you are looking to make a change, big or small, is hypnotherapy the way to assist that change?
As a counsellor I get to know my clients very well, however due to the nature of the work it may not feel the same the other way around. Therefore I feel that it may be nice to read a little bit about my background, so you can make a choice and see if I may be the right counsellor for you.
I grew up in Germany and The Netherlands, before I studied Paediatric Nursing in a German hospital. I am fluent in German, Dutch and English, if you prefer to have counselling in any of those languages I would invite you to contact me.
When I moved to England I initially worked in a college, a children’s charity (as a practitioner involved in a lot of safeguarding) and studied Psychotherapy with www.CPCAB.co.uk I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist (registered with www.BACP.co.uk ) currently working in a Hospice with terminally ill people and their families. My training was integrative, which means that I have been trained in different theories. It can be useful, as you can imagine, every individual may need something else from counselling and having been trained in different theories gives me a few more tools to use. The theories I use in the sessions are mainly: Humanistic/Person centred, Gestalt, Transpersonal and Psychodynamic.
I am experienced in working with pre- bereavement, bereavement, PTSD, OCD, childhood trauma, victims of abuse, depression, complex trauma, eating disorders, suicide ideation, self-harm and generally work with whatever comes up for the client at the clients own speed.
I also have extensive experience of working with Teenagers and complex issues. What I love most about my line of work is building a connection with people and being part of their journey. I hope I was able to give you a little bit more insight into who I am as a counsellor.
My professional Fee is £40 per therapeutic hour (usually 50-60 minutes)
Balanced Health for Body and Mind
Jo provides holistic, natural health care through integrated practices of Systematic Kinesiology, Nutritional Therapy and Meridian Tapping.
With a special interest in Gut Health (which impacts on our overall health) and chronic issues including Anxiety, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Jo has found that this holistic approach can dramatically improve symptoms and lead to full recovery.
Kinesiology can also help joint/muscle pain, skin complaints, hormone issues, food intolerances, weight management, stress, fatigue, recovery from injury/surgery, and so much more.
Systematic Kinesiology is based on the principle that muscles, organs and glands are connected by a network of energy channels that are often referred to as meridians. When these channels are disrupted by emotional or physical stress, they can become blocked or imbalanced and result in illness. Using muscle testing techniques, Jo helps individuals identify these blockages and uncover the root of your health issue by looking at physical, nutritional, emotional and energetic imbalances. A wide range of powerful Kinesiology techniques, acupressure massage and nutritional recommendations help guide you back to optimum health. Initial consultation £55.00
