I am an Anxiety & Wellbeing Coach for parents and young people. I offer a bespoke solution focused approach which includes mindfulness, hypnotherapy and life coaching strategies to break down the issues at the very core. I empower my clients to realise their true potential and to overcome negative self limiting beliefs, thus enabling them to lead happy, harmonious lives. I run powerful individualised 1-1 programmes and group coaching programmes.

I am also very pleased to offer Mindfulness in the classroom training for school staff and Happy Parent sessions. With 20 years experience of supporting parents and young people as a dyslexia specialist teacher, I can honestly say that my business is far more than a job – it’s my life purpose! Empowering parents, teachers, children and teens to make life-long changes that will have a positive impact on their future mental health and wellbeing is profoundly fulfilling. As a former child and teen anxiety sufferer I’m very passionate about sharing the techniques I have learned that have enabled me to completely overcome my own social anxiety, separation anxiety, generalised anxiety, food phobias and selective mutism. Hypnotherapist

If I asked you what you think a hypnotherapist is, I wonder what image comes to you? Is it one of the elaborate stage hypnotist, one maybe of a suited gentleman swinging a pocket watch?

I am neither. I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist with an industry recognised qualification. I am registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society that is bound by its own code of ethics. As a hypnotherapist I can offer you a safe and welcoming environment where together we can work to make the changes in your life that you want to make. Perhaps the fear of flying is stopping you taking the holiday of a lifetime, or it could be the eating habit you just can’t break, it may be the way you deal with stresses at work. There are many scenarios in which hypnotherapy could be the therapy that improves your well-being, present and future. Each session is completely bespoke to you, making you completely individual, the time in the session is all about you and your responses to the work we do together. I specialise in fears and phobias although I commonly treat anxiety, stress, habits, weight loss, smoking cessation, and pain management.

The feeling of total relaxation is different for everyone but nonetheless it really is total relaxation. This allows the mind to also relax and calmly take on new information that you require to make the changes you want to make.
