M.A.C, Dip Counselling, Cognitive Change Coach.
Using positive psychology, CBT, Neuro-Science, Mindfulness and Counselling, I coach people to achieve change and improve well-being across many areas of their lives.
Why do we hold back saying: “Death!” Eeuch, why so morbid?! Explore your beliefs about your own death What might happen at the moment of passing? How does your belief system sustain you ? Being heard and taking control of a good death How to reassure and comfort your loved ones Why do we avoid the use of the word Death? Our continued relationships with our dead loved ones. Your legacy and how to inspire others after your death
A Little History
I am passionate about increasing well-being today for a better tomorrow. My philosophy is quite simply this: “Knowledge creates confidence, and confidence will bring us success” I achieved a Diploma in Counselling using C.B.T in 2001 with CPCAB – Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body
In my therapeutic career I have worked with vulnerable adults in Gwent through http://www.victimsupport.org.uk and supporting Young Carers in Weston Super Mare, now http://www.youngminds.org.uk
From 2015 – 2018 my private work was complimented by voluntary work as a counsellor with http://www.carersupportwiltshire.co.uk but sadly, funding cuts closed this valued service early 2018.
I chose to extend my skills beyond my continued professional development and in 2017 qualified as Life Coach, supporting clients to achieve change contributing towards increased well-being
I continue to work voluntary and am delighted to support the http://www.wessexms.co.uk since 2018
For people and families living with A.D.H.D or awaiting diagnosis of A.D.H.D I am proud to know and recommend Sarah Templeton, a qualified and specialist Counsellor and Life Coach with A.D.H.D
